CASCADE MOUNTAIN POLE BARNS CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1: BUILDING THE PAD

Unless you have opted to do this yourself, first we build your pad to ensure that your pole building will be level and runoff will flow away from the building.

STEP 2: STANDING THE POLES

Next, we install pier footings for your pole building. Our crew will auger (drill) holes in the ground and fill them with cement to create a solid foundation.

STEP 3: CONCRETE FLOOR

If you’ve decided to add a concrete floor to your pole building, we will pour the concrete during this step of the build.

STEP 4: TRUSSES & ROOF

Next, we install the trusses that support the pole barn roof and the roof itself. This is when your pole building will really start to take shape.

STEP 5: FRAMING

Now that all of your pole building's “bones” are in place, it’s time to frame the pole barn interior walls, windows, and doors.

STEP 6: EXTERIOR WALLS

The last step in the construction process is installing the exterior metal sheeting, the windows, doors, and any other exterior accessories such as insullation.

STEP 7: BUILD COMPLETE

It's time to enjoy your new pole building!
